Cancellation and Early Checkout Policy
If your plans change, please inform us in writing regarding the cancellation or amendments to your reservation to be eligible for a refund of your deposit. The modification or cancellation request for bookings made online will be processed automatically through our Internet Booking Engine. Any applicable refunds will be processed through the system as per the modification or cancellation rules. In case of rebooking, any rate difference must be paid as per the applicable rate for the new booking date or room type, subject to availability. Any additional charges or rate differences for the modified reservation must be paid through the same payment mode or card used for the original reservation.
Please note that if an online booking is modified or canceled through the hotel’s reservation office or sales office, further modifications or cancellations cannot be processed online. Refunds for reservations made through travel agents must be processed by the issuing travel agent, and no refunds will be available online. Non-cancellable bookings are not eligible for any refund. Certain room rates and types come with restrictions and do not include benefits. Guests who prefer flexible bookings should choose unrestricted room rates on our official website.
In case of early checkout, guests are liable to pay for the entire confirmed reservation. For reservations of multiple rooms, all rooms are counted as “reserved nights.” For example, two rooms reserved for four nights would count as eight reserved nights, and the applicable cancellation period would be 72 hours. The cancellation policy based on the number of reserved rooms is as follows:
- Cancellation for fewer than 3 rooms is permitted 48 hours prior to arrival.
- Cancellation for 3 to 5 rooms is permitted 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Cancellation for more than 5 rooms is permitted 7 days prior to arrival.
Refund Policy
For refundable bookings, the refund process may take between two to four weeks to reflect on your credit card statement. The processing time depends on your credit card company’s billing cycle and the bank’s processing time. Refunds are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation, and any applicable processing fees. For reservations that are not confirmed, no charges will be made to your credit card, and any held amount will be released immediately. However, it may take two to four weeks for the bank to process the refund and reflect the amount on your credit card.

Please note that the hotel neither guarantees nor is liable to fulfill any special requests, including amendments to plans, which are subject to availability upon arrival. Requests for airport pick-up must be communicated to the reservation team at the time of booking.
