  • Check-out time: 11:00:00 am
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. Guest Responsibilities
  • Guests must present valid identification upon check-in.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating hotel policies.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property and will be charged accordingly.
  1. Prohibited Activities
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
  • Illegal activities, excessive noise, or disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
  1. Liability
  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.
  1. Amendments
  • Hotel policies are subject to change without prior notice.

Booking & Payment Policy

  1. Reservation Confirmation
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a valid credit card guarantee.
  • Hotel reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservations.
  • It is mandatory for any Non-Resident Indians/Foreigners to produce their passports at check-in.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Bank Transfers, and Cash.
  • Taxes and service charges will be applied as per government regulations.
  1. Advance Deposit

  • If a guest does not check in as scheduled, the full amount may be charged as a no-show fee.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

  • Children under 6 years stay free when using existing beds.
  • Extra charges may apply for children above 6 years.
